At Feel India, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality products with transparency, responsibility, and care.
As many of our products are food, agricultural, natural, handcrafted, seasonal, or perishable in nature, this Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness, hygiene, product integrity, operational practicality, and regulatory compliance.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
A return, replacement, or refund request may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, contaminated, or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
- Product missing from the order
- Package received in visibly tampered condition
- Product substantially different from the description displayed on the website
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a request, customers may be required to provide:

- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- Delivery label image
- Unboxing evidence where reasonably required
- Brief explanation of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
For safety, hygiene, freshness, and quality reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Perishable food products
- Fresh fruits, vegetables, and agricultural produce, including mangoes
- Opened, consumed, or used products
- Products with broken seals after delivery
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or mishandling after delivery
- Products purchased during clearance, limited-period, or promotional sales unless received damaged
Due to the natural and agricultural nature of certain products, customers acknowledge and accept that variations may occur in:
- Size
- Shape
- Weight
- Color
- Texture
- Aroma
- Sweetness
- Ripeness
- Natural appearance
Such natural variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for refund or return.
Feel India reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not satisfy the conditions outlined in this policy.
3. Fresh Harvest & Seasonal Product Disclaimer
Certain products supplied by Feel India are sourced directly from farms and dispatched based on harvest readiness, natural ripening cycles, quality grading, and seasonal availability.
As a result:
- Delivery timelines for fresh harvest products may vary
- Natural ripening and appearance differences are expected
- Minor external marks or natural imperfections may occur due to agricultural origin
These characteristics are part of natural produce and shall not automatically qualify as product defects.
Feel India reserves the right to delay dispatch, replace batches, or cancel orders where necessary to maintain product quality, freshness, and safety standards.
4. Refund & Resolution Process
Once a request is reviewed and approved by Feel India:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable
- Processing timelines may take approximately 5–10 business days depending on banking and payment gateway systems
- In certain situations, Feel India may offer:
- Replacement products
- Partial refunds
- Store credit
- Coupon-based compensation
instead of a full monetary refund
Refund eligibility and resolution method shall be determined at the sole reasonable discretion of Feel India after internal review.
Shipping, packaging, convenience, platform, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error attributable to Feel India.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch or processing.
Once an order has been packed, processed, harvested, prepared, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
For fresh harvest or farm-linked products, order processing may begin immediately after confirmation due to procurement and harvesting dependencies. Such orders may become non-cancellable once procurement activities have started.
Feel India reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Harvest or procurement limitations
- Quality rejection during inspection
- Pricing, technical, or inventory errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Operational or logistics limitations
- Regulatory or compliance concerns
In eligible cancellation cases, appropriate refunds will be initiated.
6. Return Pickup
Where applicable, Feel India may arrange return pickup through logistics partners.
However, return pickup availability depends on:
- Serviceability of the location
- Product category
- Condition of the product
- Logistics partner availability
If pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service, subject to prior approval from Feel India.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
7. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection
To maintain fairness and platform integrity, Feel India reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders in cases involving:
- Repeated refund abuse
- False claims
- Suspicious activity
- Intentional misuse of the policy
- Evidence manipulation
- Excessive return patterns
Feel India may conduct verification checks before approving any claim.
8. Limitation of Liability
Feel India shall not be liable for:
- Improper storage after delivery
- Delayed consumption of perishable goods
- Customer mishandling
- Taste preferences or subjective dissatisfaction
- Natural agricultural variations
- Delays caused by logistics providers, weather, or force majeure events
The maximum liability of Feel India in any case shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected product.
