B. Fresh Harvest Products, Including Mangoes

Certain products, including mangoes and other fresh harvest agricultural items, are supplied according to natural harvesting cycles, ripening conditions, farm readiness, quality checks, and dispatch availability.

For such products, the estimated delivery timeline may be 7 to 21 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on factors such as:

  • Harvest readiness
  • Natural ripening process
  • Farm procurement schedules
  • Quality inspection and grading
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional dispatch availability
  • Transportation and logistics conditions

The customer acknowledges and agrees that fresh harvest products are agriculturally dependent, and therefore delivery timelines may vary. Feel India reserves the right to reasonably extend dispatch or delivery timelines for fresh harvest products in order to preserve product freshness, quality, safety, and operational integrity.

Delays caused by harvest dependency, ripening cycles, weather, logistics constraints, courier delays, or force majeure events shall not be treated as a breach of obligation by Feel India.
